I was an experienced domestic helper with several years of working experience in Singapore under Chinese employers. I mainly handled elderly care, including assisting Ahma and Ahkong with daily needs such as feeding, medication, mobility support, personal hygiene, and general supervision. One of my employers involved caring for Ahma aged 80 years old, while another role focused on caring for Ahkong aged 85 years old who had a lung condition and could walk slowly.

In addition to caregiving, I was responsible for full household management, including cleaning, washing, ironing, and maintaining homes with up to 5 bedrooms and multiple toilets. I also assisted with cooking simple Chinese meals. I completed my contracts with employers and was able to work independently in both apartment and larger household settings.

I was divorced, had 1 child aged 6 years old who was cared for by my parents, and had 3 siblings. I was not willing to take care of infants or young children, but I was confident and patient in elderly care. I could communicate in basic English.
